Quotations & Estimates
Quotes provided through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp are estimates based on the information you provide us. We offer two types of quotes:
Online Estimates
When you submit photos and a description via our form or WhatsApp, we provide an initial estimate based on the information visible. This estimate is indicative and may change following an in-person site visit.
Written Quotations
After a site visit, we provide a written quotation that is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. The written quotation will specify:
- The scope of work to be carried out.
- The materials to be used.
- The total price (or price range for variable-scope work).
- The estimated duration of the work.
- Any assumptions or exclusions.
A quote becomes a binding agreement only when both parties sign the written quotation and any required deposit is paid. Estimates given before a site visit are not binding.
Pricing
Prices listed on our website (including our pricing guide pages) are indicative and are provided as a general guide. Actual prices depend on the specific requirements of your project, including:
- The size and condition of the walls or ceilings.
- The type of plastering work required.
- Access to the property and working conditions.
- Materials specified.
- Whether preparation work (such as removing old plaster) is needed.
All prices quoted are in pounds sterling (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices for work that differs from the original quotation scope. Any changes will be discussed and agreed with you before work proceeds.
Payment terms for completed work are specified in the written quotation. Typically, we require payment within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Deposits, where required, are non-refundable if you cancel after work has been scheduled or materials have been ordered.
Liability
We take reasonable care to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that:
- The website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
- All information on the website is complete, current, or accurate at all times.
- Results obtained from using the website will meet your expectations.
Our plastering work is carried out by qualified tradespeople. We are liable for defects in workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of completion, provided the work has not been altered, damaged, or affected by factors outside our control (such as structural movement, water ingress, or subsequent building work by others).
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the work carried out, as stated in the written quotation. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

We aim to keep our website available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The website may be temporarily unavailable due to:

We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by website downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access as quickly as possible.
